  Came here on a Saturday afternoon for lunch around 12pm - there was no wait surprisingly, and we were seated quickly. This is one of the few places that I've been to that has the plain rice sheets and also the green bean bread.
  
  Thanh Tri Dac Biet (~$9): Really big portions! You get a variety of things, including the plain rice sheets, green bean bread, sour pork, and 4 other different kinds of meat loaf types of things. You are also given a side dish with bean sprouts, cucumbers and mint. Of course, you are also given your own bowl of fish sauce - I love putting in the chili paste they have on the table. The Green Bean Bread really stood out to me because it was ever so slightly crispy on the outside, but super soft on the inside still.
  
  Definitely coming back any time I'm in the Westminster area and am craving some good Banh Cuon!!!

  Hong Mai restaurant has been around for decades. The restaurant is located in a super busy plaza shared with a numerous businesses including Royal Banquet.  
  
  I came here for lunch on a Saturday and it was really busy.  We arrived a little before the lunch rush so seating was available upon arrival.  The restaurant is small but there are plenty of tables and booths.  
  
  Our server came by as soon as we got seated.  She took our order by memory and didn't even need to jot it down.  The food came out really quick.  We ordered a few dishes to share.
  
  Our lunch selection::
  *** 1/2 banh cuon thanh tri and 1/2 nhan thit with cha lua.  Plain and minced pork rice crepes with pork loaf.  Good!
  
  ****Bun vit sao mang: duck with rice noodle soup.  Served with cabbage salad.  This is one of their signature items since it's advertised on the banner out front.  The duck is tender and the ginger sauce makes it even better.  
  
  ***Canh bun: crab paste with large rice noodle soup.  One of my fave dishes.  This version was ok but lacks the northern region flavor.  
  
  The food is tasty and they offer dishes from various regions of Vietnam.

  So good and so worth the wait!!
  
  We ordered:
  Bun rieu
  Bamboo with duck noodle soup
  Duck salad
  Charbroiled pork with veggies spring rolls
  
  As someone who isn't a big fan of duck, I really LOVED the duck salad. The duck was not dry but juicy and cooked just right. The ginger sauce changed everything. I love a good Vietnamese salad so the cabbage and picked red onions really did it for me.
  
  Spring rolls were super good too!

  Toi bat binh khi den quan nay an va phai nghe nguoi chu la mang nguoi hau ban rat to tieng. Toi khong can biet chuyen gi giua ho, nhung neu nguoi lam co lo y lam sai thi nen noi chuyen voi ho sau gio mo tiem, hoac o trong office, chu khong la mang nguoi lam cong truoc mat khach. Va lai,  khach vao tiem la de an, chu fai vao tiem de nghe mang chui.  Toi k dong y voi su quan ly nay , va mong ho sua doi.

  Great and fast services , plus foods are great, clean spot ,  must try it out . Kidda slow in afternoon I dont have to wait  for long . Will come again
